Desk phones
$149 puts a phone on the desk and six months of service behind it.
One price covers the Yealink handset and $100 of calling credit, which is roughly six months for one person. The phone ships with your number and extension already loaded, so setup is a network cable.
No contract and no sales call to sit through. The phone is yours to keep whether you stay a month or ten years, and if you already have phones on the desks you can bring those instead and start with $15.

This is the part that makes it a phone system rather than a handset. All of it is included, on both plans, with nothing to install and no per feature pricing.
Extensions
Dial 101 to reach the desk across the room. Internal calls are free and instant, and they work from the mobile app the same as from the desk.
One number, every phone rings
Point the main line at a ring group and reception, sales and the back office all ring at once. Or in turn, if you would rather it went to one person first.
An auto attendant
Record your own greeting and let callers press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts. Or leave it off entirely and have the phones just ring.
A hold queue
When everyone is already on a call, the next caller waits with music and a periodic message instead of a busy tone.
Transfer and hold
The buttons on the phone do exactly what they say. Blind transfer to an extension, put someone on hold, pick them back up from another desk.
Busy lights
A key on your phone lights up while a colleague is on a call, so you know whether to transfer before you try it.
Voicemail per person
Separate greetings for busy and away. Messages arrive in the dashboard and can be checked from any phone.
After hours handled
A schedule sends calls to voicemail, a mobile, or a different greeting at five, and puts them back on the desks at nine.
Recording and transcripts
Calls can be recorded and written out automatically, so a dispute or a missed detail is a search rather than an argument.
The same extension in your pocket
The mobile app rings at the same time as the desk phone. Leave the building mid conversation and the call stays up.
Text from the business number
The number on the desk phone sends and receives SMS from the dashboard, so customers can text the office line.
Paging and intercom
Dial a code and talk out of every speaker in the building, or buzz one desk directly without them picking up the handset.
Keep your existing numbers
Porting is free and the old line keeps working until the day it switches. Nobody has to reprint anything.

How it works
- Open your account. Pick your number. Takes a couple of minutes and no card details beyond the first $15.
- Tell us what you need. Use the chat button on this page or email support@tonet.ai. Say how many desks, who sits where, and which phone. We build the extensions and load them onto the handsets before they ship.
- Plug them in. Network cable, or just power for a Wi-Fi model. They register themselves and start ringing. There is no step four.
Your $100 of credit lands on the account the day the phones ship, and gets spent down day by day as you use the service.

If there are Yealink, Grandstream, Polycom, Cisco or any other SIP phones on the desks already, you do not need to buy anything from us. We point them at Tonet and they carry on working, with all of the above behind them. Your numbers come with you too, and porting is free.
Been with us six months? Ask for a phone.
If you started on the mobile app and later decide you want a handset on the desk after all, send us a message once you have been with us half a year and we will ship you one. You have already covered it. This is not a promotion with an end date, it is just how we would want to be treated.
